Transform your garden with the power of nature. Wormi-Vermi Vermicompost isn't just compost; it is a potent, bioactive soil amendment designed to supercharge your plants from the roots up.
Produced in Huddersfield by small-scale worm farmers, our vermicompost is created entirely from organic matter decomposed by earthworms. It is rich in humus, teeming with beneficial microbes, and completely free of peat.
Why Choose Wormi-Vermi? Your plant health starts with soil vitality. Unlike standard compost, our vermicompost acts as a probiotic for your garden, restoring soil structure and biodiversity.
Supercharge Microbial Activity: Contains up to 1,000x more beneficial microbes than traditional compost (Edwards & Arancon, 2004).
Build Drought Resistance: Worm castings naturally improve water retention and soil porosity—perfect for sandy or clay-heavy soils.
Reduce Chemical Use: Research shows plants grown with vermicompost need fewer synthetic fertilisers to thrive (Atiyeh et al., 2000).
Natural Disease Control: Helps suppress common fungal infections like Pythium in seedlings.
The Ethical Choice: No Peat, No Plastic. We believe in regeneration, not extraction.
Protect the Peatlands: Peat extraction destroys habitats and releases carbon. Our product captures and stores carbon in stable organic form.
Zero Waste: Crafted from locally sourced organic materials (no industrial sludge).
Plastic-Free: Hand-packed in fully compostable packaging.
How to Use (A Little Goes a Long Way) Because Wormi-Vermi is a concentrated nutrient source, you don't need much to see results.
Potting Mix: Combine 1 part vermicompost to 3 parts soil.
Top Dressing: Sprinkle a handful around the base of houseplants or vegetables and water in.
Compost Tea: Brew for a liquid feed that boosts leaf health.

I haven’t used it yet but I was planning on using it today on my roses, clematis and tomatoes. I was very impressed with speed of delivery and the quality of the compost. Highly recommend and I will use again. I have given 5 stars but for some reason it keeps reverting to one. I hope it shows 5 when I click next

Have yet to see the long term performance of this stuff as I’ve only just planted with it, but straight out the box it looks and feels top quality. Very airy, plenty of good looking stuff in there. Service was top class - Nathan hand delivered it to my door. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
