Tips for Axolotl Tanks
On sand, hover the tube just above the surface rather than pushing it in, so you lift the waste without drawing up the sand.
Work slowly around your axolotl. They're curious and will often come to investigate, so keep the tube clear of gills and feet.
Pair each clean with a partial water change and always add dechlorinated water back in.
